A 100% deposit must accompany first orders with the balance of payment due on delivery, unless otherwise stated on invoice. All deliveries will be at the Purchaser’s expense. Overdue accounts may be subject to an interest charge on outstanding monies. Any cheques dishonoured, the bank administration costs will be charged
When ordering, to help speed deliveries and maintain accuracy of orders, please order by product code.
All products are custom printed to the Purchaser’s specification. Once printed all costs incur will be passed on to the Purchaser. SolarGator (S) Pte Ltd is not bound by any terms, conditions, stipulations or prices contained on customer’s purchase order forms.
All returns must be authorised with a SolarGator (S) Pte Ltd Return Reference Number prior to shipment. Goods returned will not be accepted freight-on, unless prior arrangement. Unauthorised returns will not be accepted. Claims must be made in writing and received by SolarGator (S) Pte Ltd within 14 days of the delivery date. Claims made after 14 days will be not considered. SolarGator (S) Pte Ltd reserves the right to determine if a product is faulty and be replaced, not credited.
We strive to provide accurate pricing however prices and products are subject to change without notice.
Non-payment of products supplied by SolarGator (S) Pte Ltd will be pursued vigorously. Legal fees, debt collection fees and all our costs spent on this recovery will be sought. Interest of 1.5% per month, calculated daily will apply from the due date of the invoice.
SolarGator (S) Pte Ltd makes every effort to supply products accurately and timely. SolarGator (S) Pte Ltd will not be responsible for any delay or failure to meet a shipment date due to transport failure, floods, war, act of terrorism, accident, fire, industrial action, supplier delay, manufacturer delay or any other circumstances beyond our control.
Due to the nature of some products a shipment number of 5% over or under ordered quantity will be considered complete. Where exact quantities are require a fee may apply to fulfil this request. Please state any such prerequisite at time of quotation
SolarGator (S) Pte Ltd shall in no event be liable for any damage or costs incurred as a result of the accuracy of product information and specifications contained in this website. It is the Purchaser’s responsibility to ensure the product they purchase is suitable for the proposed use.

A flat rate fee of SGD 15 is applicable for below SGD 150 orders, and free delivery for SGD 150 and above orders.
Due to the nature of our business, some products may be out of stock or may take longer for delivery. If delivery is likely to take more than 2 weeks, our staff will contact you to re-confirm your order.
