Shipping and Returns Policy

Shipping Policy

Order Processing:

  • All orders are processed within 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
  • You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates:

  • We offer shipping on all domestic orders.
  • Estimated delivery time within 3 business days.

International Shipping:

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Estimated delivery time for international orders is 7-14 business days.
  • Please note that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. SolarGator Pte. Ltd. is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Order Status:

  • When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number to check its status. Please allow [number] hours for the tracking information to become available.
  • If you haven’t received your order within 3 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at sales@solargator.net with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Returns Policy

Return Period:

  • We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition. We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

Damages and Issues:

  • Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items:

  • Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods, custom products, and personal care goods. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges:

  • The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds:

  • We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Initiating a Return:

  • To initiate a return, please contact us at sales@solargator.net with your order number and details about the product you would like to return.
  • If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
  • Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
